Australia has been on the fringes of the Freezone for some time now
despite the fact that there are, in the field, many highly trained
former Scientologists, some personally from RON when he was in Spring
Street Melbourne. They mostly tend to keep themselves to themselves,
with good reason as the COS has previously, what we now call spammed,
them almost to death in an effort to get them `back on lines' as they
call it.

However, although these old Scientologists know better than to front
up to the COS it does mean that they are isolated and their progress
to more freedom and communication with peers is impeded therefore.
They really need a freezone group which they can use as a
communications medium to get in touch with other freezoners in
Australia to exchange material, audit and be audited and trained and
generally have a terminal with which they can communicate.

In short is it now time for Australia to have it's own freezone group.

The purpose of this posting therefore, and the reason some will find
it has been cross posted on to a couple of other lists, is to make
know that there is a forming group in Australia and to invite any
Australian Scientologists who come under the umbrella explained above,
to participate in the group.

There is no formal organisation.  It will simply be, at this stage, an
area that Australian Scientologists can communicate with each other,
set up auditing and training and exchange materials, ideas and
generally discuss the tech, LRH and related matters.

The biggest barrier in Australia is the vast distances involved
between cities.  We can reduce this barrier by getting more people in
touch with others, perhaps even those in the same city who were
previously unaware of others.

I would encourage all Australians on this list to join.  Also for you
to encourage any Australians you know to join also.
