San Francisco
I for one, hope to be among those who begin
training with the Freezone.
It was last summer I had my first and only 12.5
block of basic book one auditing, and decided to pursue studies further.
Having made small payments towards the basic Book
One Auditor Course at the SOMA Mission, I chose to transfer to the SF Org.
The SOMA Mission formally refused to apply the course payments towards other
books or materials, forcing me to leave the money as a donation (in my
opinion that makes them a "thief.")
Shortly thereafter, I began reading posts here on
the Freezone and making payments towards course at the SF Org. My intent
at the SF Org was to take a long time making payments so that I could observe
behavior. I am a professional body worker, and trained to observe posture,
gait, general breathing patterns, and subtle facial expressions. Last June
I initially believed the level of stress I observed to be present was due
to their forthcoming move to the new facility in July... but then the move was
rescheduled to August, then September, and then because the original building
had been sold they absolutely needed to be out by November 1st. and on Nov. 6th
I entered the original building and purchased Sci 8-80. They were still
there. Also, it was during the 3rd week of October I received a call
asking when I could make my next payment on the Method One course. I
explained there was an accident in my family and I was financially helping
support my mother and would contact them when I was ready. Later that day,
I received two hang up calls (it was from the Org - special thanks to Caller
ID). The following day I received a call (from the same person I spoke to
the previous day and had explained my current situation) asking when I could
make my next payment on Method One. Later that day I received another
hang-up call, and later a voicemail from someone else wondering the same,
and the next day the same person called and left another message.
I have previously complained, in writing, that if
one person contacts me regarding one subject, "SEVEN" others should not contact
me for the very same reason. That's inefficient and a very definite waste
of my time.
Even the WISE sector has lost my respect. Not
too long ago I purchased another Dianetics and Scientology Dictionary for use at
my office (used frequently when reading this list). About 3 weeks later I
received a voicemail stating I had not been charged correctly, and they needed a
return call to authorize payment in the remaining amount. I returned the
call to learn they were short one penny. One Cent. I authorized the
transaction and immediately lost business respect. Why? Well,
considering the cost of the telephone calls, the cost of time and administration
I estimate I lost an actual $25 in their attempt to recover that lost penny...
also, I'm self employed and when a call comes in I'm more likely to get business
than if the caller gets voicemail. The potential lost business factor was
not included in that estimate. Overall it was a terrible waste of time and
resource to recover a single penny.
The above represents the impression given to me by
use of the current Golden Age of Tech - and it's quite a terrible
impression.
The impression made on me here in the Freezone is
much more favorable (especially with the addition of Pierre to your ranks), and
I look forward to beginning training as soon as alignment can be made with
someone in San Francisco.
I would also like to offer a public Special Thank
You to Fran here on the list for giving me exceptional personal support (by way
of private e-mail and telephone conversation). She has quietly responded
to many of my miscellaneous questions and concerns that have arisen by reading
this list and has been very helpful.
Sincerely,
Steven Buck, CMT
