  I've not met Tom, but have had close relations via
net for years. When we were all one org, I was div 6
head.

  Tom, like us all, has his plus points and his out
points. As an exec he has very severe flaws. He lost
his original org, and all his execs. He will not grant
beingness to a terminal of any magnitude. His mail
re Pierre is a case in point.

  As an auditor, he is very gifted, not perfect,
and gets very good results. I know from comm both
on and off the various forums with his PCs, and
the success stories.

  As a goal finder, he is superb. As he also is with
promotion for the most part.

  He works VERY hard.

  No. Ethics is there to further someone's survival.

The line to ethics is via qual. (correction division)

Before the split Tom needed correction. He got into
trouble with the points Maggi mentioned previously.
And also he lost an org.

Basically Tom has refused correction. So yes, he
needs ethics. Dosn't mean he's a bad guy.
