Maggi,

Please read over your recent postings including the one that you "didn't intend to send" but had the BPC to write.  Read them from an auditor and C/S point of view
or send them to your C/S.  Take responsibility for them.  Get that charge audited.  You have said that you have handled that same charge in the past.  It is obvious to me and probably others that you haven't done so.  And it looks like you are solo'ing over it which has its own penalties.

You have not handled your side of the ARC X with Tommy.  You have not handled your  BPC on the CoS including your own overts. You have not handled the charge on fascism that was probably first restimmed this lifetime by Bill Franks abominable behaviour in DC.  A cog here and there does not handle long term whole track restim.
You have been spreading entheta and dramatising case on this list and continued today. Take responsibility and handle it. Then get on with moving up the bridge.  You are a classed auditor.  You are above OT3.   You have not been applying what you have studied insofar as your recent behaviour on this list is concerned.

ToBe has gone through alot of case change lately.  She has a sense of humor but is not a trained auditor yet and may have inadvertently missed a withhold.  You obviously had an ARC X with Tommy.  Can't have that without prior ARC. :), though I doubt that it is a Beatrice/Benedict situation.  (ref:  Shakespeare, 'Much Ado About Nothing.')

to be, where is this stuff coming from?  i would think that you are at a high enough level to be above it.  this is like some third grader trying to start a fight with someone they don't like in class, not to mention that no one (at least not i) has attacked you.   what is up?  do you have nothing better do do with your time?  why the snide antagonism?
definitely no arc or duplication here

The overt doth speak loudly in accusation.
