In this question, I respectfully disagree with the NOTs pack.
It is in conflict with basic auditing laws here, and according
to Data series 1, the more basic law needs to be applied.

People are people, whether they currently have a body or not.

I have found the law that session ARC is directly proportional
to PC wins to be invariably true in ALL sessions.
