Subject: [fzaoelma] TRs

Hi, all.  I've been reading the pros and cons...some saying that
Tommy's TRs are great and some being quite upset because Tommy's TRs
were not great.

Out TR-4 can cause a lot of pain and create ARCx's.  It is really
important, especially if you are writing, to handle a person's
complaint, perhaps privately, but to take the time and show you
care.  When that isn't done, and perhaps, like in Xyandra's case,
just getting thrown off his list without recourse, ARCx's occur.  She
didn't deserve that treatment.

No one is perfect, but I do think we expect a little higher standard
from people who deliver tech like Tommy and Ralph.  Popping people
off of a list, without first trying extensively to handle their
communications is very similar to expulsion in the COS.  It is a
terrible Ethics gradient.

I know that sometimes it takes extra time to bring another person to
understanding, but that is what this game is all about.  Those who
protect themselves by not caring about others, ARCx others who do or
want to care.

I didn't personally find Tommy's TRs in session good.  Not for me.
He has a sort of "zero" attitude that can be used when one is
auditing entities--but you don't use that when you are auditing a
live pc!!
You match their tone--just a little higher.  His TR-4 was not good; I
warned and warned him that I was on the verge of an ARCx.  An ack.
and the next command is not TR-4.  Instead of stopping and finding
out what is going on, and maybe session ruds??? I finally put down
the cans.
But before that all happened I did get a bit of good out of the
session, so you see any auditing is better than no auditing.  The
rest of the auditing was just to clean up the bad auditing.

There never would have been another word of complaint LOL if he
hadn't downgraded me to my husband; a private mail that went to the
whole list by mistake.  It had some really negative viewpoints about
me, which hurt.  He had been my auditor.

So that is water under the bridge, but it certainly does remind us
all that TR's are for use, and are basics for any good session result.
I really care about my pcs, and people I get to know on lists, and I
am here for the sole purpose of helping people cross the Scn. bridge.

I also have a dream that many people who have passed on who were my
friends, or friends of others who were playing the Scn. game, will
show up at my door.  Past life clears...and OT's.  New body but same
person...I could have that.:)
