Filbert has been field auditing. Last time he was in this area he ran off with the p.c.'s wife and son. He's now living in Washington. ToBe

Kind of confusing, huh?  Well, LRH wrote a book called Excaliber and
he tried to sell it.  Publishers wouldn't go for it. Later it was
said that the book had secrets that might make men go mad.  Don't
know what was in it--he never made it public.  He used to keep the
manuscript on his desk in 1957.  Excaliber is the name of the sword
in The Knights of the Roundtable, a magic sword, so LRH picked that
name probably because it represented the content of the book.

There has been lots of speculation as to what was in that book, just
speculating, but probably was some of what is now on OT III.  No one
that I know has ever read that manuscript. One person I knew said he
snuk it of Ron's desk and scanned through it, but he never said a
word to me about what was in it. It was not published.  So when the
Ron's Orgs or Filbert talk about Excaliber they are talking about a
level of auditing that is now on the Ron's Orgs upper sections.
Whether or not it covers the same materials that was in the original
Excaliber hoped-to-be-published book, I don't know if anyone really
knows.

What I have seen of Filberts writing about Excaliber didn't show me
what the subject really was.  Maybe I just didn't get it, but I
remember going to filberts web site hoping to gain the knowledge of
what was in that mysterious book, but it did not enlighten me.

I can assume that
Filbert once was a member of the COS, but I don't have any personal
knowledge of that.  I don't know if he knew LRH or not.

Captain Bill Robertson did know LRH, and it is possible that some of
the ideas re: Excaliber were passed on to him, and that may be the
reason that CBR put Excaliber as a level in the Ron's Orgs.  Someone
here with Ron's Orgs might be able to clear up that point better.

that is was stolen from LRH and was not fully completed. It was then
re-written from LRH's original works and called Excalibur Revisited
by G Filbert? Was Mr Filbert connected to CoS and LRH...? What's the
connection..?
