Subject: [fzaoint] Ability Meter 3a Bug discovered

Hi folks, I've just validated a "bug" in my Ability Meter 3a. I was
curious if anyone else has it. If the meter is off, and the
sensitiviy is set exactly on 8, when the turn the meter on it acts
like the sensitivity is on 1. If you adjust the meter at all, even
just nudging it a notch and then back, the meter functions properly.
To reproduce it you may have to try several times, nudging the
sensitivity microscopically to get the exact position (appears to be
near exact 8) and the meter must be off, the sensitivity set to 8,
and then turned on. Moving the sensitivity to 8 while the meter is on
never produces the problem. I can reproduce the problem consistently.
