I studied the Class 8 materials at Flag and have no doubts about being able to handle any case with standard tech.

After leaving the SO 22 years ago I started to help build up the FZ.

I had read quite a few of the L's bulletins while at Flag. Security was sloppy.

Several write ups appeared on the net about L's. Those from Larry West and any other writings from him are garbage.

I read one write up that contained the same data that I had read at Flag.

I have stated that I will hold the position that the buck stops here and act as the last place to go when all else fails.

Pierre has accepted a similar responsibility for the Americas.

After studying the write up I realized that the style of auditing was the key factor in the L's

Someone recently asked me, when she was here, about the difference.

So I asked a question with Class 4 TRs and then with Class 12 TRs. I think she then got the difference.

KRC subsumes ARC when it is mastered.

The L's are audited from total KRC. The TRs involved might seem out of "ARC" to people at lower levels.  However, in auditing L's, one must directly address the Being. The auditing questions are not just asked in words but they are projected telepathically into the space of the PC. The auditor must have the ability to see the reads on the meter while looking straight at the PC.

Thus a Class 12, if not stably exterior, must be at least exterior enough to maintain that state when asking an auditing question.

So the answer is that yes, the difference is in the TRs. And that is the main difference.

There is a wonderful lecture entitled "Craftsmanship, Fundamentals"

If auditors listen to that and understand it then they will know that the workability of Scientology is contained in fundamentals, not esoterics.

The difference is not ~just~ a TRs course. It is a TRs course. As an OT.
