It goes back to basics of space and energy
creation covered in the PDC. To
establish beingness it is necessary to
rehabilitate the ability to hold points
apart. If a being cannot withhold
then they cannot holds 2 terminals apart and
thus have no space. They
collapse into the identity of that from which they
cannot
withhold.
Repeated enforced confessions thus disempower a being. "What
could you
withhold?" is very effective in increasing intelligence as stated
in HCOB 23
July 1960. One of the simplest effective processes in Scientology
is "Reach
and Withdraw"
People in many cases cannot think with the
tech - they cannot create space to
think for themselves as they cannot
withhold.
So one could take up a list of terminals connected with an area
of stupidity
and run "What could you withhold from ....... " This should
greatly restore
intelligence in that area. Alernating it with "know" beefs it
up.
The full theory is covered in the tapes of the 1st Melbourne ACC and
the
specific reference on the above process is a lecture on 17 November
1959
entitled "Case Assessment, Part 2".
An effective valence splitter
to pull out collapsed space due to enforced
confession is, for
example:
1. Think of something you'd be willing for an ethics officer to
know.
2. Think of something you could withhold from an ethics
officer.
Alt rep. to a standard grades process EP.
